I couldn't be more pleased with the work performed by Welch. I had a very complicated project with a lot of logistics and planning required. I was combining 3 Utility meters into one and adding a Generac generator. It was a combination of new Contruction, repurposing cables, tie-ins and combining two different transformer feeds. They handled it flawlessly. They staffed the crews well to hit it hard on the day of cutover which involved coordination with the Utility company on the service upgrade and decommissioning.
