If they're as rude to customers as they are to the drivers in St. Augustine I'd definitely stay away.
I don't know what they do for their customers, but I can sure tell you what they do for their customers neighbors. They are building across the street from me. First interaction I had with them was when they backed to semi down my street and ripped the cable line right out of my house, which was also a about 4 inches from my power line.
