I can't speak to the actual work, but I can speak to the level of service and knowledge they have! I'm visiting from out of town and my car started having some transmission issues. I had left a message on Saturday and got a call back on Sunday, walking me through possible issues and what the best course of action was before I hit the road again. Really appreciate the time and information I was given. If I need work done and am in the area again I'll definitely be bringing my car here
I had a really great experience with JD Transmissions. They were honest from the start and took the time to properly diagnose what was actually going on with my car instead of just guessing. I brought it in for what felt like an emergency situation, and they were incredibly accommodating. They got me in quickly and had my car back to me in just a couple of days. Amazing individuals! Fast and reliable service!
I have a used Ford Fiesta , a salvage vehicle….it was getting harder and harder to shift and the clutch was also starting to slip……I highly reccomend these two guys as being knowledgeable and fair in their pricing …..the put in a new clutch and a used transmission for me and months later eveything is still running perfectly…..they kept me informed every step of he way and the job was completed even earier than they first said. I am very satisfied.
I had been advised from dealer that I need a new transmission right away. I took car to JD Transmission and Brett was very honest and said it should last a while longer and doesn’t need to be done right away as it is just starting to go. He quoted me for future service and it was much cheaper than dealer quote. Thank you for honesty and transparency. Would highly recommend .
