Honest, personable, quick and helpful. I dropped my car off 4:30 and that same evening I received a call with helpful information on an issue with my Acura that should be covered under warranty due to a known issue. In a time when service and honestly is hard to find this was a refreshing experience. Highly recommended
I was helping out my mother in law with a bad transmission in her Dodge van. Got some prices at a few local places and was concerned with amount of time to get transmission, do the job, warranty, and pricing. I called JD Transmissions and not only did they beat other shops by anywhere from 500-2500 dollars, but their warranty was 3 years!!!! The transmission only took 2 days to get there and it took them 1 business day to complete. Grade A experience.
I wanted to wait a little while before I left my review. I have now put well over 2000 miles on my new (used) transmission and it is running great! These guys are very personable and easy to work with and the pricing was very fair.
