I like JD, but his help are terrible. His help got aggressive with me and he has no idea where I come from. I paid them to put in 2 clutches in my 02 Mustang. The throw out bearing was bad. The first clutch was a racing clutch and I didn't like it. I bought another stock clutch a month later and paid them again to have it installed. **Update to my review*** My husband picked it up from J&D this morning and they in fact did not fix the transmission. They are claiming it's not a transmission problem, which is bullcrap. So now I have a vehicle who's transmission is taking off in second gear that they claim they can't fix. I'm beyond livid. 🤬 They've had my Jeep for 3 weeks now and have "glanced" at it one time. JDs did a transmission replacement job for me and had it done in 24hrs . They did the job for the estimated cost which was less than half of the estimate received from another shop just up the street. Good, honest work.
