I had a great experience at JD Tires. My tire was losing air very quickly, so I called and spoke with Jerry. He told me to come right in, and I’m so glad I did. Jerry took the time to carefully explain what had happened to my tire and walked me through my options. He genuinely tried his best to fix it rather than just pushing for a replacement, which I really appreciated. In this day and age, honest car shops are hard to come by.
