Customer service is trash! If you don’t want to be at work and do your job don’t come to work
A few days ago I came in purchasing a Stanley cup which I assumed was on sale because it had a sale tagged placed on all the cups. Once I reached the register the young man told me the cup was not on sale I asked why not they all say sale . I came into this location to buy some work shoes and the first time I came I felt like the customer service I received was pretty good so I decided to come back. I figured that JD Sports worked similarly to footlocker as in the employees would receive commission on their shoe sales however, I guess that is Not the case.
