Cool kicks for whole family
Customer service sucks here. I was looking for some shoes for one of my regular employees. He said he was going to bring them to me but never did. When I asked the manager for help, he said he was going to bring them to the line, but he was no different.
Tried calling to check if they have a size in a shoe for me , first time i was on hold for 15 minutes she asked if i can be placed on hold then just put hold without me answering. 2nd time i called they asked me what i needed i told her and ive been on the phone on hold for 30 minutes! I tried calling again and its like they are avoiding the phone. This store sucks.
Shout out to Devina! She helped me picked out the best basketball shoes they had in stock and thankfully I love wearing KD’s as well. They look and feel great. I’ll definitely be coming back for more shoes in the future.
