Desde que entre a la tienda se noto que los empleados querian ayudar sinceramente. Me preguntaron si necesitaba ayuda encontrando algun zapato y efectivamente me llevaron directamente a lo que necesitaba! Los empleados estaba dando la bienvenida a todos los que entraban a la tiene y hasta se ponian a platicar con los niños! Sinceramente fue la mejor tienda a la cual viste mientras estaba de vacaciones! Fue de lo mejor! Definitivamente se los recomiendo!! Gracias a todos los empleados!!!
I've been going to the store for a while now and I have formed a few friendships with the employees there as they have become familiar faces. My experience in general was disgusting the clothing department people and everyone else too were so rude when I tried asking for help no one helped me and when I went to go talk to a manager about it her name was Valerie she was so rude I didn’t like her attitude she gave me she wasn’t helpful at all I don’t know what kind of stupid person made her manager she can’t even do the job right if she doesn’t know how to do her job correctly as a “manager” or whatever she is I don’t know what kind of people they got working at tha... read more
If I could give them a rating of more than 5 stars, I would! I had an amazing experience at this shoe store thanks to Val. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed and immediately asked if I needed help finding anything specific. Val was genuinely enthusiastic and eager to assist, which made the entire experience feel personalized and enjoyable.
