Will not be returning to this location again. I experienced terrible customer service. Staff acts as if they don't want you in the store. Had one question and the guy walked off mid question. I didn't tell him to apply for this job so don't act like it's a problem to do your job. I went on to spend my hard earned money at another shoe store, where I was treated with respect and care.
Be careful when making a purchase from here they will make a donation for you without even asking you if you would like to do so , the people working don’t know how to be professional there was a lot of foul language being used
I know Augusta Georgia doesn't have the smartest people in the world but to scan and sell one shoe in the box takes a special kind of nit wit.
Horrible customer service and employee used foul language while talking to a customer on the phone.
Aqua was so informative and helpful she showed me some show cleaner and I bought it solely because she sold it to me like she believed it in!
