I’m honestly very frustrated with my recent experience with JD Sports. The hat I ordered arrived bent and misshaped because it was shipped in nothing more than a thin plastic bag. There was no box or protective structure to maintain the shape, which is unacceptable for a structured cap. Anyone who has ordered hats before knows they should be packaged properly to prevent damage during transit. The condition it arrived in makes it look worn and defective.
