I purchased two pairs of shoes and decided to exchange one of them less than a day later for a different color. They didn’t have my size, so I asked for a return instead. JD sports is a contender for the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their in-store personnel were not friendly and unwilling to help. I returned an order and was told that I would be getting credit in 3 to 5 business days… It has been over two weeks and I’m still waiting for my credit.
