The worst lousy customer service I ever received in any sneaker store in my entire life. Do not come to this location if you do not want to be ignored.
This location has horrible customer service or none whatsoever. My daughter and I stopped by JD Sports in Hampton, Va to do some shopping today. When we entered the store, an employee just looked at us with contempt and no acknowledgement as she went on about her business. So, we left the store feeling our business wasn’t of value. Being courteous isn’t too much of an ask; especially in retail where customer service is vital to your profit margin.
Terrible service from the girls, today I went to get a pair of Adidas Superstars, since there were no 9.5 in Newport News and all the girls had a bad attitude because my wife and I speak Spanish, especially a girl with green hair, I asked her to try on another shoe and she just ignored me, at the checkout my wife spoke to me in Spanish and they made racist gestures, disappointed in racist people like them
