With the exception of Ramiro (who was excellent 10/10) it seems none the sales associates want to work, had to follow one around like if I was following a chicken without a head with three shoes in my hand to just get a chance of maybe getting a size, asked another if they had a certain color in a shoe and the well spoken, appropriate, hard thought out response he gave me was “naa” like a true philosopher, and not to mention it’s always social hour at JD sports with all but one sales associate bunched up together in the midd... read more

Tenia 2 años que compraba ahi tenis pero ya esta ultima vuelta no, estan en los outlets pero sin algun descuento te sale mejor en el moll normal, esta vez fui no me atendieron bien y me fui adelante a ver y otro trato el mismo tenis con descuento no digo a que tienda pero esta enfrente en el moll del norte en laredo

Went this morning at 11:10am there was only 1 sales person on the floor when there was clearly 4 more employees just standing by the register. He was attending 3 more clients and he would leave us just there waiting for the shoes we asked for. Clearly their customer service was the worse, the guy had no clue of the merchandise he had in stock because he would say “they did have it in stock” then come back and say “no we don’t” he did that for 3 styles of shoes. Why have so many employees open and only have 1 attend the floor... read more
