I’ve visited this location multiple times and I’ve always received excellent customer service; if not excellent-pretty good! The website was acting up today so i called the store. Not only did they help find the shoe, they had it in stock there for purchase. Very seamless process, was in and out with the shoes in no time. Keep up the good work management!!
Online says it's open there at the counter someone just came to the door say 5 minutes.
Placed an order online still haven't gotten it and no one gets on the phone for customer service. Don't order anything online
Horrible service! No one attempts to help so many employees and they stand there talking. When you ask them for help they seem to get bothered!
