I had an uncomfortable experience. As I walked into the store, a female employee who was adjusting a clothing rack looked me up and down, then began giggling while speaking into her mic. The behavior felt unprofessional and made me feel self-conscious and unwelcome. I expected a more respectful and courteous environment, especially from staff members representing the store. I hope this is addressed, as first impressions matter a lot in customer service.
