Went this morning at 11:10am there was only 1 sales person on the floor when there was clearly 4 more employees just standing by the register. He was attending 3 more clients and he would leave us just there waiting for the shoes we asked for. Clearly their customer service was the worse, the guy had no clue of the merchandise he had in stock because he would say “they did have it in stock” then come back and say “no we don’t” he did that for 3 styles of shoes. I had an uncomfortable experience. As I walked into the store, a female employee who was adjusting a clothing rack looked me up and down, then began giggling while speaking into her mic. The behavior felt unprofessional and made me feel self-conscious and unwelcome. I expected a more respectful and courteous environment, especially from staff members representing the store. I hope this is addressed, as first impressions matter a lot in customer service.
