Been in JDs plenty of times, but this time stood out, here's the reason, Xymora was so friendly, she encouraged me to get the app for potential savings , I was so pleased with my shopping experience that I'll be coming back as regularly and as often as I can from now on 🫵👍👍💯 satisfied costumer!
The lady working tonight was very nice. She helped me find shoes from sizes to colors and was very patient. Will be back here in the future. Never caught her name but she was excellent as well as the guys who helped grabbed the shoes from the back for me.
I’ve visited this location multiple times and I’ve always received excellent customer service; if not excellent-pretty good! The website was acting up today so i called the store. Not only did they help find the shoe, they had it in stock there for purchase. Very seamless process, was in and out with the shoes in no time. Keep up the good work management!!
