A year ago I had a previous bad experience. This company had lack of knowledge, communication, and enthusiasm. The Premium Outlet location was so helpful recently. There was a display shoe I wanted, to which they went above and beyond to find! Thank you again!
Order placed online for an in-store pickup. The shoes were exactly as advertised, but the box was busted. I like to keep my shoes in their original boxes, so I mentioned it to the individual processing my order. Crickets...anyway love the shoes, customer service was meh.
Had a mishap at an entirely different location. Monique, the manager, took care of the problem with relative ease. She said come on down. The whole outlet team was welcoming, nice to talk to, and accommodating. We were in and out. And now my daughter will have basketball shoes for her first game. Thank you to them.
