Waited 20 minutes for someone to even see if they had my correct size for a shoe. Another 10 just waiting of silence. Almost walked out, on the way he handed me the 10. I said 'No need to try it on, Ill be all set.' 'And just a quick rude reply 'the desk will help you' Get some better customer service skills JD. My money will go elsewhere moving forward.

I purchased two pairs of shoes and decided to exchange one of them less than a day later for a different color. They didn’t have my size, so I asked for a return instead. The manager refused and said the shoes were too dirty. They were in the exact same condition they were sold to me in. I only tried them on briefly inside my house on clean floors, unlike the store floor. The soles were already dirty because I had tried them on in the store.
