I did an online purchase for two items and I also paid the fast shipping extra cost, but only one item arrived and the other one had never shows any update and the JD customer service support until now haven’t solved the situation, considering that the order has been placed in February 28th (2026) this is a serous concern! DO NOT MAKE ANY ONLINE PURCHASE!
Clean and surprisingly friendly for Las Vegas
A year ago I had a previous bad experience. This company had lack of knowledge, communication, and enthusiasm. The Premium Outlet location was so helpful recently. There was a display shoe I wanted, to which they went above and beyond to find! Thank you again!
Order placed online for an in-store pickup. The shoes were exactly as advertised, but the box was busted. I like to keep my shoes in their original boxes, so I mentioned it to the individual processing my order. Crickets...anyway love the shoes, customer service was meh.
