I would give it 0 stars if possible!!! - Avoid JD Sports Tacoma Mall at all costs! Horrible experience with JD Sports Tacoma Mall! I ordered two pairs of shoes online through the store on July 10, 2025, and was told they'd be ready for pickup. However, the store claimed they never placed the order, and despite multiple promises from customer service, I've yet to receive my shoes or a refund of $263. Guys, I am so disappointed and sad. I really wanted a new pair of New Balance sneakers. My boyfriend left yesterday around 6:30 pm after a long day at work and went to JD Sports to buy me a pair. He was still wearing his company uniform and his pants were a little stained because he hadn't stopped by to change. He is dark-skinned and was speaking a foreign language on his cell phone. Horrible!!! Pathetic customer service. Does not honor company policy. Employees are not properly trained on how to perform their required job adequately. I will never be buying or setting foot inside another jd sports location. You should be ashamed. Complete scammers.
