My kids wanted to go here for sneakers. The person who "helped" us was so disinterested in us, it seemed that merely asking her to check on a size availability was a grand task worthy of an eye roll. I would have left then had my son not found the Nikes he wanted. Fortunately the service received from another employee at check out was friendly.
Order shoes online when we received them they where the wrong size. took them back to the store to exchange them for the right size where I was charged an additional 12 dollars to exchange them for the exact same pair in the right size. They proceeded to tell me that I was because the price had changed from the past week but we had paid for it already and was an even exchange. Rip off will never shop here again
Yes, it was our fault for coming in 15 minutes before closing tonight, but the manager refusing to grab the size we needed for our child was ridiculous. Rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional — a poor example for his staff. He’ll meet his match sooner than later at this location. Corporate should be made aware.
Prices are confusing on items so pay attention and the customer service was terrible. you would think that the power of online the customer interaction in stores would be better 🤔
