Today I went into the JDs in Manassas Mall and was blown away by the customer service! I was on a mission to find a certain shoe my wife mentioned that she wanted. I do not speak "sneaker head!" The manager in manassas is super slow super rude and never wanted to help
On Saturday August 16, 2025 I was robbed by JD Sports. They charged my bank card for the purchase which actively went through with my bank and the manager kept saying there was no transaction on their side although I'm showing her proof straight from my bank account and she still would not give me my purchase. Wow!! Where can I begin….I walked in, looked around, and the first thing I noticed was the interaction from who I believe is the manager and an employee. The presumably manager, yelling across the store something along the line of “that is very black of you to be needing a break right after you showed up to work.” Which to me seemed very unprofessional.
