I’m honestly very frustrated with my recent experience with JD Sports. The hat I ordered arrived bent and misshaped because it was shipped in nothing more than a thin plastic bag. There was no box or protective structure to maintain the shape, which is unacceptable for a structured cap. Anyone who has ordered hats before knows they should be packaged properly to prevent damage during transit. The condition it arrived in makes it look worn and defective. Will not be returning to this location again. I experienced terrible customer service. Staff acts as if they don't want you in the store. Had one question and the guy walked off mid question. I didn't tell him to apply for this job so don't act like it's a problem to do your job. I went on to spend my hard earned money at another shoe store, where I was treated with respect and care.

Be careful when making a purchase from here they will make a donation for you without even asking you if you would like to do so , the people working don’t know how to be professional there was a lot of foul language being used
