On Saturday August 16, 2025 I was robbed by JD Sports. They charged my bank card for the purchase which actively went through with my bank and the manager kept saying there was no transaction on their side although I'm showing her proof straight from my bank account and she still would not give me my purchase. Wow!! Where can I begin….I walked in, looked around, and the first thing I noticed was the interaction from who I believe is the manager and an employee. The presumably manager, yelling across the store something along the line of “that is very black of you to be needing a break right after you showed up to work.” Which to me seemed very unprofessional. Today I visited JD Sports in Manassas and had an outstanding experience. The customer service was truly 10/10. Every sales associate greeted me warmly and made sure I was assisted. Jess, the manager, was especially helpful and kind—she made the return process quick and easy. I really appreciated the great service from the entire team!
I want to give the biggest shout to the store manger Jess in Manassas VA she went above and beyond to make share I got exactly what i wanted definitely recommend going there
