Love the shoes
How they open but closed at the same time...? Doors locked, lights off, nobody in the store. How that go? They must not like money. Champs THUMPING though.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I accidentally placed a pickup order at the wrong location and called immediately to see if I could get a refund or fix the issue. The woman who picked up—whether she was a manager or just an employee—was incredibly rude and dismissive. She acted like my situation was a burden and didn’t offer any real help or even basic respect. If this is how they treat customers over the phone, I can’t imagine how they operate in person. Had a great experience at this location. Every time I come to this store the service is so quick. Lorenzo is a great help with choosing shoes and Josh is very hospitable. Love this location and will always come back!!
