Came with my husband to buy shoes nobody around to get a shoe size and when you ask they seem bothered came on Friday at 6pm honestly these people working here need better customer service training.
i asked homeboy for a shoe and he had me waiting there didn’t bring anything but still walked around and when i was right there he waiting infront of the door all he did was just be on his phone in the back

Every time I walk into this store, the employees fail to greet or acknowledge customers. In retail, customer service should always be a top priority. It’s what builds relationships, encourages repeat business, and creates a positive shopping experience.
