Pretty good shoes but Jordan 4 always sold out
Pretty decent selection but when these workers need to learn how to have a normal shopping enviroment for customers i literally had 2 different workers staring me down as i was in the store entirely and i had some other mop guy staring me down as i checked out the rare air 4s then goes and gossips to his bestie about it who then came uo and very very awkwardly asks if we needed help with something , more so making us feel very awkward as he did not seem genuine and was walking by us as he even said it , yall gotta realize ya... read more
AVOID THIS STORE!!! I wish I could give JD Sports 0 stars! I bought a pair of Nike Air sneakers, and they started tearing apart after minimal use. When I tried to return them, the staff refused, claiming they're not the manufacturer. They were rude, unhelpful, and even laughed at me when I expressed my dissatisfaction. One customer had to step in and suggest I contact Nike directly. I will never shop there again!
This store is so dysfunctional! Could really benefit to have management put better processes in place. Maybe a line to ask for sizes of shoes, with seating right there to try on. I think the employees try their best, but it’s just so hectic how they do it right now.
