Wow!! Where can I begin….I walked in, looked around, and the first thing I noticed was the interaction from who I believe is the manager and an employee. The presumably manager, yelling across the store something along the line of “that is very black of you to be needing a break right after you showed up to work.” Which to me seemed very unprofessional. Today I visited JD Sports in Manassas and had an outstanding experience. The customer service was truly 10/10. Every sales associate greeted me warmly and made sure I was assisted. Jess, the manager, was especially helpful and kind—she made the return process quick and easy. I really appreciated the great service from the entire team!
I want to give the biggest shout to the store manger Jess in Manassas VA she went above and beyond to make share I got exactly what i wanted definitely recommend going there
Horrible customer service, they all acted as if they didn’t want to sell or care. This one girl throw the receipt at me and left me at the counter, no thanks nothing and just walked away dragging her lazy ahh around lol
