I've had the fortune of dealing with JD Spa this year on a few occasions this year. The service they provided was excellent, all my questions and concerns were answered and all my problems resolved. Their customer service is unbelievable, their tech came to my house on the first call and the other two services John the owner came out himself and took care of everything. Called up this company as our hot tub was leaking, received a response within a day. Scheduled an appointment for a couple days later. Tech showed up when they said they would. He found the leak and fixed it within an hour. Very pleased with the speedy and efficient service JD Spa Service gave. Update: started leaking from the repair again. Fantastic service and communication. Hot tub had two issues and were competently repaired and brought back 100% new. Reasonable rates. Highly recommend.
