Aweful!! Called to ask about lawn mower parts on a Saturday and they said we closed at 2:00! That’s not the way you run a business if you have a potential customer you go above and beyond to make sure they are taken care of, and for 2 why would you turn money down do better! Very rude! I have never used them and never will going forward!
It was a dragging experience. Told me they can work on my machine. Stated they had it running for 5min and were riding it and that it shut off again. They told me that it needs a new carburetor. I brought one and they stated it was the wrong one. Took my machine back home and the carburetor was a perfect fit. He said the timing was off which was causing the issue. Great people. Upfront pricing and No surprises.
I’ve had both my mower serviced and a tiller repaired and serviced. They are honest and fair on their pricing and process, keep you informed of any issues, and are prompt in their turn-around time. Our tiller had outdated parts that couldn’t be ordered and Dawn was persistent online researching and referencing suitable replacement parts. You can tell they take pride in doing honest work and that is hard to find these days.
Took my portable generator in to get serviced. They took care of it at a reasonable price and had it running like a champ. They also gave me recommendations on how to keep it running good and in what to do when storing. Had it back the same day. Great job!
