WORST SERVICING, EVER. 2 month long wait on my mothers pushmower, nothing wrong with the unit, just needed spring servicing. She received the unit back after paying for the oil change, air filer, spark plug, $200 worth of labor. The air filter was filthy, covered in grass and was a different part number than they charged her for, assuming they never even changed the air filter.
