I was referred to him by my dentist to review my crown / molar situation. I explained to him I was very apprehensive and anxious as I haven’t had anything but cleanings for the last 30 yrs. He comes in and examines my tooth- preceded to test my tooth with cold and jabbing with instruments…. Saying nothing and causing me pain. Never addressed pain and just continued to do what he needed to do. I felt he seemed cold and insensitive. I guess I was used to more empathetic dentists. I won’t be seeing him going forward.
