I've been working with the builder blayze personally for the past year started off rocky late payments but that was mis management he had a project manager who was ripping people off he found out and got rid of him sense then everything has been going good got 10 house done from start to finish in the last year completed several projects that were started and people just left , haven't had not 1 problem getting checks weekly just a lot of mismanagement at first he got all the right people in place now , he's done a majority ... read more

Build and contract with literally anyone else in the area. We own a home in The Reserve at Ashewood (North Carolina) and have witnessed JD Signature Homes consistently screwing over everyone in their path.

The whole company from the top is full of crooks and liars! Disgusting people and work. I would call them grifters .
This company should be banned from doing any home builds. They are ripping people off with labor work. They hire multiple subcontractors and once work is completed, they will go ghost and will not pay. Please do not hire them for your home build. JD Signature Homes are not the ones to trust. If you are having your home built with JD Signature I would make sure your home doesn’t have a lien already from multiple subcontractors. Worse company ever!
