From start to finish this was one of the best and comfortable transactions I had with vendors. I stoped by to review options the next day he was out and reviewed the site and gave me suggestions. Within two weeks I had the platform built on site and shed installed. You can go to others in the area that sell sheds but if you are looking for an expert who went above and beyond to make sure the install was perfect go with JD sheds.
Beware of business owners that do not stand by their work and rather make a quick buck than promote long term customer satisfaction.
Regarding Ms. Potter's one star review; based on the 1st and now deleted review response by the owner, I would like to add another attribute of this establishment: They are complete LIARS. They supplied ALL lumber for the job despite claiming the contrary, and they NEVER offered to "split the costs" of repairing their latent defects as they alleged in their initial (and now deleted) response. Stay far away!!! Customer service is terrible. After dropping over $6K with them just 8 short years ago they are refusing to stand behind their work. They supplied substandard lumber materials and are refusing to make good on it. The “pressure treated” 4 x 4 lumber that they used to frame the shed base is prematurely rotted away, causing the shed to tilt.
