Jim did my taxes. I asked him approx 12 times via email and phone calls to make changes - I have a son he needed to be added to my taxes. I qualify for tax credit. Jim instructed his office person to add my son to my taxes. This NEVER was done. My taxes were sent without claiming my son. Now the IRS is coming after me. I use to love this place when it was truly JD Tax Return. However they were bought over by H&R Block which changed their pricing. I remained because my CPA was still there. Yesterday, I received a call from their receptionist to inform me he had left and asking for my business. She was rude, condescending, snotty and unprofessional to say the least. Just because you use a sweet tone does not make your words less condescending and if you are having a bad day, definitely do NOT call your customers asking for their business! No... read more
They told me id be getting my return in the mail. 1month went by and nothing i called and they said another month. 2months went by I called and they said i wont be getting return. So they lied to me to get me to pay for their service saying thatbmy return would pay it off When i called to see what was up some lady was raising her voice at me...pretty disrespectful..
