Difficult hours and my stylist kept walking away during my appt. A 10-15 min cut (normal) would turn into 35-40 routinely. They will require a payment upfront and send endless texts but no way to reschedule or call them and they will charge for a missed appointment. Not much service for a price. Find a better place.
