I left my vehicle here for 15 days after being told it could be looked at the same day. I was never informed they don’t work on Fridays until after my car had already been there for several days. I was told I would receive updates, but instead I had to call repeatedly. Every time, I spoke only with the owner’s daughter — never the mechanic — and was told the car hadn’t even been put in a bay yet.
