I have been waiting 2 1/2 months for a holding tank. Finally called again today and the lady on the phone couldn’t find the name for the order. Then when I said I was disappointed that we have waited this long and now have to find the tank somewhere else, she said I probably never placed the order to begin with. What?!?! I asked to speak to someone else and she said there is no one else. Rude and bizarre!!!!
The lady that takes orders was very rude and when asked for a specific product that shed have to check on, she told me I need to call her back a different day to find out the answer. She's the one that needs to make the sale, I don't need to sell it to myself and keep calling back. Do your job!
