I visited Dmitro for an acute back pain issue and was extremely impressed with the experience. After just my first session, I felt a noticeable improvement in my pain and mobility. Dimitri was very knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain what was happening with my back and how the treatment would help. His professionalism, clear communication, and effective approach made a huge difference. I’d highly recommend him to anyone dealing with back pain or looking for an experienced and caring osteopath.
I’ve seen Dmitro for three sessions of osteopathy so far, and although it hasn’t been very long, I can already tell whatever he is doing, it’s working! He is extremely thorough and I really appreciate that he explains everything as he’s doing it, so I can better understand what’s going on in my body. Dmitri has great instinct on which parts of your body need realignment/adjustments. He always keeps you aware on what he is doing and if it will be painful or not
I have had a few sessions with Joanna at JD Osteopathy to help me with neck pain and tingling in my hand, now moving on to bi-monthly maintenance treatment. Joanna is very gentle yet thorough in her treatment. She explains well what she is doing and why. I have experienced improvement in my neck movement, resulting in less tension and better sleep - I can definitely recommend treatment with Joanna!
