One day, I was struggling with some ice that was built up at the end of my driveway where I rented an apartment near J&D Neumeister Maintenance when along came Dan to resolve my issue. What a guy Dan Neumeister is! He drove his tractor in from I don’t know where to help a stranger (me). My friend had a deep freezer I was buying but didn’t have transportation to get it the few blocks to my house. When we put the call out for help on social media, Dan quickly offered to lend a hand and haul it to my house with his tractor. He didn’t stop there, though.
