I came to this shop for the first time in a very long time 1 week ago since my usual nail shop had no availability that day. I got a gel manicure and pedicure.. My manicure chipped on two nails within 2-3 days later. The polish began lifting on another nail. I got my manicure/pedicure by the lady (second desk, located in the middle), she barely looked me in my eyes once, had zero customer service skills, i was getting one word responses like “maybe” to anything i said or asked regarding my nails.
