Jonah is top notch. It's though to find someone who understands the punishment elite cyclists put their body through. He not only understands what muscle groups are used, but he is strong enough to push deep on the muscles that are used. I've been to other massage places and it's difficult to find someone who is strong enough to push on the muscles like they need to be.
Jonah is amazing I consider his massage a tune up to the body. He keeps my body functioning better every time he massages me.
This is my second time going and both times I feel like I can work another 4- 12 hour shifts! I recommend him to my cohorts in the medical profession!
