Took my car into this shop because I was told they were top notch. Told them my car had a bad vibration going down the road. But when you shifted into neutral. The car costed smooth. Vibration gone. They called me up and said I had an engine misfire. The misfire was causing my vibration. They wanted $800+ to change the plugs and valve cover gasket. Told them no. I'll just pay for what I owe now and go. They charged $301 for the diagnosis. Which I think is highway robbery. Anyway, I paid. Pulled the plugs. Tested them, they w... read more
