We recently hired JD Marquez Builders LLC. to finish our basement, and we couldn't be happier with the results! The team was professional, communicative, and incredibly skilled from start to finish. They helped us design a layout that maximized our space, and the quality of the craftsmanship is top-notch.
Juan and his Business is so responsable. He makes a great job with all the project and always supported each step with knowledge. Great service and fast response.
Our biggest issue is an inability to complete the project. We’ve waited since 2022 for our project to be completed. We still don’t have door locks on our basement bedroom/office. And a dangerous hacksawed staircase handrail to be removed and installed with an appropriate closed ended handrail. They never came back a year after the project to correct the nail/screw pops all over the Sheetrock. My tub made horrible cracking sounds when I stepped into it. Waited over 2.5 weeks to get an estimate on work. Was repeatedly told the estimate would be coming the next day but a week later still no estimate. If they were to busy to take the job, just let a customer know. Still never got one.
