Great service in town and convenient
"Closing on a home purchase can be a trying and stressful time for any buyer. My contact at JD Land Title was Kelli and we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience with her. These clowns waited until closing day to make sure paperwork was in order on a sale of a couple lots in Cumberland County. Everyone had to scramble to get them copies of driver's licenses and get signatures notarized on necessary documents. This closing date was set over a month earlier. If you're looking for someone to get you through this process without hassles and headaches, look elsewhere!!
