Never been let down here. The work is always done in a timely manner, and there has been an instance in the past where I was told at a different location that a part on my car would need to be replaced and would probably cost a $1,000. After having a new exhaust installed last year, I finally felt that the vibration combined with a check engine light warranted a stop at JD customs. I had called last week and was told to bring the car in on Monday. I showed up and the guy at the counter was super helpful! Brought my car right in and put it up on a lift. Checked my codes for the check engine and repositioned a problem bolt that was up against the frame, causing the vibration. I didn’t get any service there, but my friend did she got a blow and go system and they were very professional explained everything tested everything. They were very helpful and answered all the questions they’re good people to work with.
