Jason and Michelle, in particular, took the time to truly understand my needs and offered helpful suggestions throughout the process. The workmanship was detailed and met my expectations. The project stayed on schedule without any delays, making the whole experience smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free.
JD Kitchen & Bathroom recently renovated a bathroom for us and we were very happy with the result. The whole process went very smoothly: they came out to site several times to get accurate quotes, the gave us a good advice on ways to avoid spending extra money for little benefit, they had a realistic schedule and stuck to it. I worked with Michelle on selecting and supplying all the necessary items for my bathroom renovation. I couldn't be happier with the level of service, communication, delivery time frames and value for money. I was on a tight timeframe for delivery (my fault!) and Michelle put my mind at ease and made everything simple. Had a great experience with JD Kitchen renovating our kitchen. The team was easy to deal with and communication was smooth from start to finish. They really listened to what we wanted and gave helpful suggestions along the way. The cabinets look great, installation was neat, and everything fits perfectly. The work was done on time and any small questions we had were sorted quickly.
