They send me a letter in the mail to get a quote. I fill out the online form to get contacted. No one contacts me and I end up contacting them. Then, I provide my information and I am told I will receive an email with a quote within two days. No quote arrived. I called three days after that call and was informed someone is scheduled to call me later today. Then, I requested someone to get on the phone to assist me immediately. Contacted JD Insurance regarding Landlords Insurance, their agent Howard L********* gave me a quote for $729. Quote sounded too good to be true called to verify info was assured that all was true. Had Howard start the process of signing up for this policy, with effective date of April 7th. I explained that I was going to make the 1st payment by check the from then on from escrow account.
