This clinic saved me from life as quadriplegic. Dr. Boyd actually listens, hears, and takes action. Her advocacy for her patients is extraordinary. I owe JD Health and Wellness a debt that can never be repaid.
When reading please note that almost all the positive reviews come from years ago when the clinic was run differently. Worst medical care I’ve ever received. If you could even call it care… trying to get medical care after a pulmonary embolism has been like pulling teeth until I finally just stopped calling and begging for help and have been waiting on other clinics.
My doctor has gone above and beyond for me and I really appreciate her
This place is horrible. They are completely disorganized, referrals are not filled out correctly, prescriptions are not filled out correctly, the front desk always acts confused and never prints out after summaries or any paperwork even when the doctor asks them to, and no one ever answers the phones or returns your calls. I'm really not sure what they even do here, because it really seems like they do absolutely nothing.
