Ridiculously impossible to contact, schedule with, seek any care for my husband...the phones just ring and eventually the call ends with no one picking up, etc..he's been seen twice in over a year and they initiated a protocol that required followup testing a month later or less and never was able to follow through! Also had referrals placed/lab orders that never happened to get to the other places..not due to lacking followup from our end (calling repeatedly until we got through and even showing up in person).
First of all, i waited almost an hour before I was seen, but hey, sometimes appointments can take awhile. I was treated like a drug addict by Dr. Lissy, and was told I’m supposed to sign a pain contract If I was to continue being seen by him even though he was going to prescribe me vitamins. For crying out loud, I have very bad chronic pain and was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. Dr. Lissy was aware of this but didn’t take my WELL DOCUMENTED DIAGNOSIS seriously. As it's noted in other reviews, most of the good reviews are from when the office was ran more efficiently. Now it's utterly HORRIBLE. READ THE BAD REVIEWS FIRST. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! The incompetence and lack of concern for their patients, by certain employees, is mindboggling even by today's standards. I'm finally at that point to switch offices--can't keep putting myself through it with them. Been on a prescription for years, apparently it's time for my checkup and review of meds and all that. I absolutely love them.
This clinic saved me from life as quadriplegic. Dr. Boyd actually listens, hears, and takes action. Her advocacy for her patients is extraordinary. I owe JD Health and Wellness a debt that can never be repaid.
