Unreliable and unprofessional! I paid Josh a deposit in the start of Dec 2025 with promise of shower screen install before Christmas, he cancelled install then cancelled a second install in Jan 2026 now it’s Feb and he won’t answer my calls, emails or texts. All I want at this point is a refund of my deposit but he is ignoring all attempts to contact him. So disappointing!!
Excellent service ,I had a panel replaced in a cabinet,
I needed two pieces of louvre glass trimmed to fit into it's frame. I brought the glass to JD Glass, and to my surprise they trimmed it for free. I was quite surprised, but the owner Josh was insistent that there was no charge. Having a slim restoration budget, this helped immeasurably , but I felt guilty knowing they are running a business and not a charity. Thanks to JD Glass I managed to get my windows installed. Top blokes, and good craftsmen. I recommend this business. A+
Josh engaged us a contractor for a project of his in Wagga Wagga in 2023. We still have not been paid. Now ignoring my calls. Very unreliable.
Speedy response time And very professional workers. Prices are more than reasonable for the quality of work they do. Highly recommend!!
