This man is a ripoff and very unprofessional! I purchased a new built home from him which was not completed. We have several things that was missing or wasn’t done properly. He sent someone to my home and they cause more damage to my walls and doors. He’s now ignoring my calls and texts. Please don’t do business with this man or his daughter Kenzie! Guess I will see him in court!

Do no use. I still have unfulfilled promises 18 m later. I don't have a space to list how terrible it was working with him and his people.

I purchased a home from JD. We closed last year and I wish the few minor repairs that need to be done to have the house completey finished would be done. I understand the pandemic has delayed services and workers are hard to come by and price increases with materials, etc. but I’m just wanting my new house finished. I admit my first review wasn’t as fair as it should have been because I did not consider these circumstances.
